Left Hook, Inc. (“Left Hook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our B2B SaaS integration platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.
We collect several types of information to provide and improve the Service:
When you register for an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, and password. If you sign up using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google or GitHub), we receive your name and email address from that provider.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and how we can improve it.
When you connect third-party applications through the Service, we may process data that flows between those connected services as directed by your integration configurations. This may include API credentials, authentication tokens, and data payloads transmitted between connected services. We process this data solely to facilitate the integrations you configure.
When you interact with our AI assistant, Lia, we collect the content of your conversations to provide responses and improve the quality of assistance. We do not use your proprietary business data shared through Lia to train general-purpose AI models.
If you purchase a paid subscription, payment information (such as credit card numbers and billing addresses) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Left Hook does not directly store your full payment card details.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
When you configure integrations, data is transmitted to and from the third-party services you connect. This data sharing is directed by you through your integration configurations, and is subject to the privacy policies of those third-party services.
We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting, analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to Left Hook.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency request).
In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of all or a portion of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Integration data processed through the Service is retained in accordance with your account settings and plan type. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
